Obtaining Provisions
Obtaining Quality Reports (Checking whether the project is suitable for the location)
Preparation of Estimates.
Obtaining procurement decisions.
Project agreement with the relevant parties for the implementation of the project.
Starting the construction of the project.
Testing the construction process.
Paying activities if completed with the construction estimate.
Taking action to release sums after the expiration of the period.
Reports of all these projectsshoul be sent to district secratariat and relevant ministries. (All these projects should be completed before 31st December of the year)
