Divisional Secretary, Mr. Nandana Mahipala

The moment the new building at the Kotavehera Divisional Secretariat comprising facilities for
issuing vehicle revenue licenses, registering service seekers, and a shroff counter was opened
for the public at an auspicious time on August 19, 2026. This project was undertaken at the
request of Kotavehera Divisional Secretary Mr. Nandana Mahipala, under the guidance of the
Chief Secretary and the Deputy Chief Secretary (Finance) of the North Western Province.
